The mission of this program is to help kids agest 8-15 to learn the skills necessary for mountain biking, to develop the sport of cycling, and promote fitness.
This group will be children between ages 8 and 15. This will be a beginners ride and will be roughly 90 minutes in duration. Emphasis will be on fun and skills development in a non-competitive environment.
Parents are also welcome to attend this ride with their children. Anyone participating in this ride must be a member of our club. The cost of a Waterloo Cycling Club adult membership is $60 and the cost of a child membership is $10. Please click here to complete our membership application. If you are not sure whether this ride is appropriate for your child you can have them participate once at no cost under the OCA try a club program.
