    Hey Andy,

I enjoyed the route last night. I had to do it early and did it clockwise and was hoping to see you guys. I took one small detour and that must have been where I missed you guys. Was hoping to pass you guys going the other way. It was a longer route and need to be back in time. Didn’t want to always be that guy.

Hi Matt. We rode it clockwise as well! Fun route. Great group.
    See you next week.

Well that makes sense to why i didn’t see you. Thought I was going crazy.

    Hi Matt, Dave
Sorry you missed the group Matt. My theory on why everyone thought we were riding counter clockwise is that when I was plotting the course I didn’t have a specific starting or stopping point in the loop. Usually there is a green button and a checkered flag button. I will have to be more careful in the future. Dave – since I rode the shorter course I am interested if the longer ride was OK?
    Cheers, Andy

Andy. The long route was great. Familiar roads, but travelling the opposite direction to what we are most accustomed to was nice. Even with the headwind for the first part of the ride, we made good average speeds, and kept the group mostly together. A bit of regrouping at stop signs, but certainly not a single rider struggled. With the longer distance, it was around 830 when we rolled back into SJFM.
Already looking forward to next week.
