Hi all, a long time friend of mine, Sean Squires, is currently undertaking a huge challenge. He and another fellow are cycling across Canada to raise money for Sick Kids Hospital. There are no support vehicles and thus they are carrying everything they need with them on the bike. They started on June 2 in Vancouver and currently are nearing the Alberta-Saskatchewan border. They should complete their journey in late July.

Here is the link to their ride.

There is also a facebook page that Sean updates every day

It would be great if you could support their cause.

I am planning on joining them in early July to ride the Shelburne to Toronto leg. (a CX bike is all you will need as they will be cruising along at 20-22kph) Let me know if you might want to join me and give the boys some company.

    Cheers

    Dave

Sean and Nir are 1/2 way across Canada already. They are in Sault Ste. Marie tonight. Hats off to them!

On Wed Jul 5th, they will be riding from Shelburne to Toronto. I am going to ride from Shelburne to Brampton with them (then ride back to Caledon)

If you can, please support their ride as all funds going to Sick Kids.

    Cheers

    Dave
