Spin 12 – Supporting St. Mary’s Cardiac Centre and Ontario Athletes

We have some exciting Spin12 2013 event updates to share with you!

This year, join us for TWO great events:

1. Spin 12 1-hour charity spinning event starting at 8am:

Charity proceeds in support of St. Mary’s Hospital Cardiac Care Unit with proceeds from bike sales supporting Olympic hopeful, amateur boxer, Mandy Bujold and the KSA (Kitchener Sports Association).

Reminder: Individual Spin12 participants who raise $300* or more will receive a custom Sugoi Spin12 cycling jersey while sizes and quantities last! *Registration fee not included. Maximum one jersey per qualifying participant.

2. Dance ’til your heart’s content:

With Waterloo Band Amplified Midlife Crisis from 8pm—12pm! Visit them at www.amcband.ca!  Proceeds of the evening event will be shared to support:

• ​Mandy Bujold, Amateur Boxer
• TriGators Triathlon Race for children ages 3– 14
• GoodLife Kids Foundation
• Flying Dogs Junior Cycling Program
